You approve the cost and our artists carve an exact wax model of the piece.

You view the model and we make the changes you require.

Once you approve the final model we cast and finish the piece and set the required gemstones.

What does it cost?
The price depends on the amount of labour, how intricate the design is, how many and how to set the gemstones and the karat and amount of gold.  Usual prices to custom make a piece start under $400 and range upward to around $1200.

What if I don't like it?
Satisfaction is guaranteed.  You pay nothing until you accept the finished piece.

How long does it all take?
It takes about a week to carve a wax.  About another week to produce the finished piece.

What about warranty?
We guarantee and warrant what we make.  The warranty is the same as if you purchased an item out of our showcase.

Bring your ideas and pictures.  Its best to phone for an appointment with a design consultant so someone is available to work with you.  Now you're on the way to making a one of a kind, spectacular piece.

Can I get a quote online?
Yes - use this form.

Can you use my old gold?
Yes but we don't recommend it.  Used gold gets brittle when reworked and it contains solder and impurities.

Casting with old gold results in pit marks, cracks and imperfections for a piece we'll both be proud of we need to use clean, fresh casting grain.

We credit you for any old gold by weight.

For sentimental reasons I want to use my old gold
Perhaps just use a portion?  We can mix some with pure gold grain to get the colour, karat and consistency needed.  Also old gold can be refined and made into pure casting grain for a fee.

If its important to use your own old gold jewellery, we recommend using no more than about 70% & mixing that with pure casting grain.
 
I need a wedding band to fit my engagement ring?
No problem.  That's our specialty.

I have no idea what design I want?
No problem.  Our design consultants will work with you.  There are many designs to view in our computer assisted design centre.

Can I see your designs online?
There are 1000s of designs and too many options for gemstone sizes, shapes, setting and placement.  Our consultant will work with you find suitable choices.

Can I have it made in silver?
No we don't custom make in silver.  The major component of the price is the labour.  Perhaps for a silver colour use white gold? You'll be happier with a gold product.

Can I have my silver ring made into gold?
Yes we can identically duplicate anything that's metal.

Another jeweller said he will use all my old gold?
You get what you pay for.  Quality jewellery is not made from 100% old gold.
 
Can you mail me a wax model?
Yes we'll need a 25% refundable deposit.  Wax models are fragile, be careful not to break it.

I'd like to upgrade my diamonds in the new piece?
Yes, no problem we'll give you an estimate on the trade-up.
